Xena was really not amused. She had found herself in this strange city. Her horse was not here. Nor was her lieutenant Darphus... or her continually growing army. None of that was present. It was enough to put her in a foul mood.
Well, at least she still had her armor and weapons. That was at least something she could thank the gods for. She had been a bit pleased when hearing that Hercules was imprisoned here by the man she'd spoken with. A part of her, the part that had led her to many victories, had told her that it must be a trick. To not be fooled. But curiosity had won out.
If it turned out that the Son of Zeus was here? Well, then Xena would have his head and then use that fame to improve her goals of world conquest to a brighter future. And on the chance that this fool had lied to her. Hmm.. well no, let's just say it would not end well for him. She then spotted a figure in some sort of garb that seemed familiar to her. "You. Are you the one with whom I spoke?"
