"Yes, really," she replied with a light chuckle. "Don't look so surprised." She was joking for the most part, but she really did want to get into the whole mother thing, especially now that she was actually pregnant and engaged, as well as the fact that she had her teenage daughter in her life. "But yeah, I think we can convince him somehow. He's pretty fond of my cooking, too." She didn't have to worry about him not liking her food, but his job as Spiderman, plus his new photography job took up a lot of his time. It was hard to get together sometimes.
"Sounds like a pretty good day," she mused thoughtfully, smiling at that last part. Just like her father indeed.
At May's question, Mary Jane couldn't help but let her soft smile double in size, and she walked over to the young girl and displayed her left hand. On it was Peter's Aunt May's ring, sparkling profusely even for it's age.
