After class she had spent a few minutes checking out the science club. May wasn't entirely sure she was going to be joining it, but there was no harm in looking in on it. She had sat in for a while, listening to them and their discussions before they started any work, or fun as most of them called it. That was when May left, and would let them know what her choice was soon. She probably would, it looked better on school applications. But still, her life was crazy enough here.
After that, she had spent her time as Spider-Girl. May had received the voice message on her cell that was attached to her costume. She didn't bother to get one for regular use in this world, she just always used this one now. So she had listened to MJs message while she was web-slinging threw the city.
The next little while had been sent patrolling, and stopping what she could. She had spotted her father a few times, but for the most part they staid separate. When it was five thirty, May started the journey home. She was pretty far from the Hyperion. It took her fifteen minutes to get back, though granted she had stopped one purse snatching on the way.
At quarter to six she landed gracefully in her room through the open window. Peeling off her mask, she started getting ready. Even though she was only sixteen, she had mastered the ability to get ready at crazy speeds a while ago. Living a double life did that to you. Soon she was entering her parents bed room, breathing in the scents. Her nose recognized it at once, and her stomach gave off a loud growl.
A smile came across her face when she saw the younger version of her mother. "Mmmm, you have no idea how much I've missed your cooking." she said happily. "How was your day?"
