When she had seen Fred's message on the boards, she couldn't believe it. She was almost sure she had come close to a heart attack. Ginny hadn't seen her brother in what...seventeen years? And she never thought she was going to see him again. Even when Tonks, Remus and the others had started showing up, she never let herself get her hopes up. But now here he was. She was five seconds away from tears by the time she left the apartments.
Appartaing was the fastest, and she didn't care if any muggle saw her. Let them gasp and be surprised. They should be use to it by now. Seconds later she appeared at the internet cafe, the address he had given her. Shoving open the door, the petite red head looked around the room for Fred. It took all of a few seconds to find a man sitting at the computer with the same hair colour as her. "Fred!" she breathed out, her voice not carrying that far.
Heading straight for him, she almost knocked over some man who was trying to stand up from his chair, and she didn't give a backwards glance. She found herself standing beside his seated form. She wanted nothing more than to hug him, but he was sitting, and she didn't want to have to jump on him. She laid one hand on his shoulder, ginger eyes staring down at him. She could hardly believe it, but it was him, just as she remembered him. It was still so strange to see one twin without the other, even now, years later. If she didn't know better, she could almost pretend she was looking at George. She pulled on his sleeve, for the most part demanding that he stood up. He was here, he wasn't hurt. Things were getting a little bit better.
