He shook his head mostly because it was so unbelievable. "You walking all over the text books, Abs!" he protested, quietly, "I've never read anything about cavemen having dinosaurs as pets." He eyed Rex for a moment, of course they were much more likely to eat such a friendly creature back then than anything but that would probably upset her if he said that.
"We're always up late at night playing Halo when you're in bed," he joked, "we let the girl reptiles out, have a little party. Oh sorry mate that was meant to be our little secret wasn't it?" he asked the lizard. "He was probably looking for my Playstation or yeah he might've been after my room, wouldn't put it past him, despite the fact he gets the run of the whole flat as it is!" He shook his tongue out and Rex and laughed as he tilted his head curiously.
"Well there's a few places, I managed to find myself a place though, we could go back there, then Rex can run around without having to worry about being seen?" he offered, turning to see what Rex thought of this idea and being met with him chewing the collar of his jacket. "Do you want him back or do you actually trust me with him?" he asked, getting ready to move him into a slightly less obvious postion.
