Narcissa reached for his hands and slid her fingers through his, shaking her head and sending her curls into blonde bounces. "Hush, Regulus, I know you'd never mean anything less than happiness on me. You...this life we live is hardly about freewill or choosing things we would like. I more than understand your actions, though it was heartbreaking." She dropped her eyes to their hands, taking an uneven breath. "And apparently the Powers That Be felt you were worthy enough of something if they brought you here."
She pulled her eyes back up and held his gaze, trying to keep the onslaught of memories at bay. She could never give enough love to her favourites, she felt, and Regulus has always been among her most treasured of family members. Bellatrix could wish him ill all that she wanted, but now that she had him in her life once more, Narcissa would not let him suffer again. She would protect him as she would Draco or Edric. Bellatrix was her sister, yes, and she would forever love her for that, but this city was a whole nother hand of cards, and she didn't want to be a faux Death Eater. She wanted to remain as jubilant as she had been since Edric's coming here and she wanted to keep her dear ones close at heart. Bella would somehow need to understand that.
"It's like a second chance, non?" Narcissa crooked the corner of her mouth and stamped a kiss to his cheek, squeezing his hands. "Did you want to catch a showing of one of the films?" She jutted her head backwards and at the sign.
