"Bitchin'?" He echoed with a grin. "It's a pretty cool place, and it feels good to be earning real money. Feels good to be earning money full stop, haven't done that in years."
He scanned the room. There were several people there clearly not human. He paused in talking to Elisabeth to serve a couple of customers before coming back over.
"And I fit in here." He gave her a half smile, knowing she'd get it. "Since it's not strictly all humans and all. Might not be another like me but I don't feel that I stand out here."
