Jareth, Zoë; Sarah & Peter 10pm
The ray shield snapped in place, surrounding Jareth the moment the crystal left his hand. At nearly the same instant, a brown-skinned hand reached out and caught the crystal, still half a foot from Peter's head.
"Excuse me, sir," Zoë said, turning to Peter and lifting the crystal ball in her hand. "I think the gentleman meant to give this to you."
Peter smiled lightly, but shook his head. "I'd rather not have it, ma'am. But thank you. And thank you for the intervention."
"Just doin' my job, sir." Still holding the crystal in one hand, Zoë approached the man being contained within the shields. "And you, mister, have violated the non-violence rule." She reached for his shoulder. The shields stayed in place, but Zoë was still able to move through it. Crowley has mentioned something about that, about the defenses being placed by someone of 'infinite will', so somehow the building knew who to target and who to leave be.
Zoë didn't care so much for the hows and whats once things started getting mystical. The less fuss, the better, so far as she was concerned.
One hand on the wild-hair's shoulder, the other an his arm just below that, Zoë started dragging him to the exit.
