He couldn't help but smile as she approached, and he readily responded to the hug she gave him. It had been a long time since he had any sort of human contact, even something as simple as a hug and although he was a naturally cold person when it came to affectionate behavior, he didn't want to pass up a hug right then. He gave her a smile of reassurance before looking away and running his eyes over the wall of the club. "You'll be fine. Of course you will be a bit of an interest to them, but magick clubs draw as many humans to them as they do magick users, so you'll be okay."
A hand dropped to rest at the small of her back, to provide her that little amount of comfort she needed to feel safe going into such a sometimes, potentially dangerous building and he flashed their ID cards at the bouncer at the door. For a moment he was worried the man would pick up on the magick he had worked on them earlier, but luckily for them he simply nodded and pointed them through.
The moment they were inside, Hunter wasted no time. His hand moved from her back, to slide into her own and he tugged her along to the bar. He wasn't the kind of guy who could easily get into dancing, he needed to loosen up. Because right now he was as hung up as anything and it was almost impossible for him to enjoy himself. "Choose your poison," he murmured, close to her ear so she could hear him over the pounding bass sounding through the club.
