Jaina's heart all but skipped a beat and she silently berated herself for not having realized just how close he was getting to her location. She hadn't been tracking him, not by any means, but she should have sensed him as he'd drawn near. Yet, she hadn't. Dark eyes sliding to him, she couldn't seem to keep the trademark smirk from her face as she replied lightly, "Hey, it's still in one piece... more or less. It could have always been worse."
Shaking her head, she turned to face him fully and held out her arms a bit, showing the whole of her body. The modern clothing felt odd to her, but fit her well.
"I'm fine. I was already healed, at the Hyperion Hotel. It's where I was taken, after the crash." She lowered her arms, and studied him. He looked so familiar. She also knew his name. She could picture random images relating to him in her mind. But she couldn't put her finger down on what all she knew about him. There were gaps missing... it was enough to drive her to distraction.
"I'm back at my own place, now. Jacen is staying there, so I'm not alone." There wasn't so much as a waver in her voice at that statement. Why would there be? He was her twin, they were in an unfamiliar place, and she was vulnerable. It was the least he could do. She'd do the same for him, too.
