It was all still overwhelming, saddening and confusing, but Ahsoka had come through the entire tale and out the other side without breaking or rash reaction, even if there had been worrisome emotion. And despite all he said, she couldn't help but grin back at the smile and the question.
"Yes!" A bounce, and then a pause in which she remembered herself, calmed and nodded. "It would be an honor to see Senator Amidala." She paused again, brow wrinkled slightly as she wondered if perhaps she should use 'Skywalker', then decided if she should, he would certain tell her.
"Master," and if anything spoke to the gravity of what she was about to say, despite her brighter tone, it would be the use of that, "is this a second chance for everything in your life, do you think?"
She didn't drop her gaze, but there was hesitance there. Perhaps in some minds it would be too soon to ask the question after learning all she just had, but for Ahsoka, there was no uncertainty about the desire to still be his Padawan, no matter what his past held – perhaps even more so because of it. She was certain, just as she had been when assigned to him, that she wanted to be his Padawan.
She just wasn't so certain of his position on it in return.
