Skyfire gave a soft chuckle at Starscream's reaction, highly amused at his bond-mate's response. For a moment, it was almost possible to forget that so much time had passed. Starscream was so very much like the Starscream he remembered and adored... it made him feel good, knowing that part of his Spark was still very much present despite all that had happened.
He didn't speak when Starscream fell silent, however, realizing the other man was lost in his own thoughts. Let him think, was Skyfire's mentality on that idea. Let him realize these things himself.
At the kiss and the mention of a library, Skyfire's smile seemed to grow somewhat. His eyes sparkled with the possibility of all of that knowledge, stored in one location. Although, as much as the idea held a great amount of interest for him, he could also understand Starscream's desire to be in the outdoors. Libraries didn't offer that option so he thought, perhaps, the library could wait. It wasn't going anywhere, after all.
"Perhaps," he at long last agreed, "although, the zoo first." He smiled benignly down at his bond-mate and used his free hand to brush some of the man's hair away from his face in a loving, tender sort of gesture.
"I think the fresh air will do us both some good, and the animals will undoubtedly provide me with more than enough data for a few days, at the very least." He paused a second before adding in an off-handed, once again teasing manner, "Besides, I can always use the information on the World Wide Web in place of the library, since you've so clearly stated you have no objections to allowing someone else a chance to access it."
