She watched him back over her own cards, fighting a similar internal battle. Though she tried not to think about it too much, she'd been down that road before and it hadn't really gotten her anywhere.
"Damn," she muttered softly when her request for fives was denied. Jo smirked at his comment. "I highly doubt that," she retaliated as she pulled a card from the pile, grinning when it came up as a matching three for the one in her hand. She set the pair down and waited for Dean to take his turn.
