Sam glanced up from the screen of his laptop at the sound of a knock. Eyes flashing back toward the screen, he glanced over seemingly endless pages of useless information that he'd been seeking out on Pyramid Head, sighed, and slowly rose from his chair. He wasn't exactly dressed for a social call. Black sweatpants, a white t-shirt, and the usual thin black band that he wore around his wrist were all that he had on him. That was because Sam hadn't intended on going out at all today. It was time to get into serious research mode. And...he was failing miserably at it. So visitors weren't expected, as Sam knew that the only people who came around here were Dean and Kira. Dean didn't need to knock though and Kira probably wouldn't have either. Besides that fact, she was insanely pissed at him and Sam really didn't think that she'd be dropping by anytime soon. Then again, it could have been Heather or Alessa. But he didn't see that happening much either. He was kind of avoiding Heather. And Alessa didn't contact him or anything like that. She'd have done as much, right?
Fingers running through his dark hair, the hunter reached forward and pulled the door of the hotel room open, green eyes instantly falling upon no other than Jack himself.
Sam didn't react. He just sort of stared at him, almost as though he wasn't entirely sure if he was actually seeing him, of all people, at his door.
