"There are two bedrooms, after all. What I said was, I can probably afford to buy another bed, so we aren't so...displaced." Then Jack could have his bed back.
A part of Rinoa would have liked to suggest she and Jack could have one of those rooms to themselves. But that was getting far ahead of things, and she still wasn't sure how to proceed there. "Maybe Kairi wouldn't mind sharing a room with me?" she ventured, hoping the implication wouldn't bother Jack. Of course, it wasn't like they were together, so...really...there wasn't an offense to be had, was there?
