Elisabeth faltered some from the onslaught of memories she picked up from Sam. Was everyone's history so sad here? Was that the link that drew them to this awful city? The Cylons...that memory in particular caught her attention the most and, without much meaning to, she probed further into Sam's mind, trying to better understand who...what they were.
She laughed a little too loudly at his remark, ignoring those who turned to look, her eyes on Sam. "Try me." Because surely, compared to her secrets and to the things she'd seen since being here, it couldn't be as bad as he was making it out to be. Werewolves, vampires, demons; they were all real here. What could he possibly offer beyond that?
Elisabeth set his drink before him, explaining, "Sex with an Alligator, love. Enjoy." She winked, leaning on the bar top to hear his story, verbally or mentally.
