“There should be, it would save ‘argument’s like this.” Brennan smiled and looked down at her glass, Booth was the only one she really shared any information on her family with, Angela knew some things and so did the others, but he knew the most. “My practical joker side? I do have a sense of humour sometimes, Booth.” Brennan looked back up, “Russ used to play them on me more than my parents. He would always be waiting to scare me, I’m surprised my heart remained healthy.”
Brennan knocked back her drink and leant forward to place her glass on the floor by her feet, she had more than enough to make her at least tipsy now. “Fine.” She sighed and pressed her head back into the couch behind her.
