Brennan frowned as she caught sight of the bite wound, his definitely looked worse than what she imagined hers would, it stung a little but other than that it was not so bad. If anything not even the ribs were the worst of the situation it was the coming to terms with the supernatural being real. She managed a small smile at what he said next, “I’ve had worse too. It hurts but nothing that won’t heal in a few days.”
She was still concerned, even though she wasn’t necessarily a doctor in the sense that she treated living people but she was qualified enough to know if someone was injured or not and seeing Booth injured was not something she favoured at all.
“It’s not your fault.” Brennan stated, her mind still a tangle of disbelief, logic and concern. “I don’t like this world, it goes against everything..it’s..indescribable!” Now she was just frustrated, she didn’t like being at loss when it came to speaking what she thought.
