Sarah was there in the library, an odd occupation really. She wanted to check up on something, a few references to vampires made in the past that she'd come across online. She wanted to make sure it was none of her vampires. Unfortunately, however, the picture of Jager stared up at her in that book and she hissed angrily. "Damn it." A look from the elder woman caused the petite blonde to toss one right back at her.
Sarah was still partially injured from her fight with both the werewolf, Oz, and the vampires from her past. She closed her eyes and ran her hand that was not in its cast back through her hair. She took a deep breath and stood to her feet carefully as she did so and moved away from the history book, having closed it.
"Jager, you sly son of a bitch.." She muttered. "..can you never stay out of trouble? You're going to lead the hunters right to you." She sighed and shook her head and then looked up at the other blonde in her general vicinity. She paled a little but didn't bother explaining. One arm was still wrapped in bandages from her scratches and on her cheek there was a pretty nasty one, right across her cheekbone.
A soft smile crossed her lips a moment or two later and she raised an eyebrow at him. "Find something interesting, I assume?" Generally, Sarah didn't bother talking to very many people. In fact, if he hadn't of been there and in her general way, as she so kindly thought of it, she probably would have not said a word to him.
Her gaze flicked to the toddler a moment later and she held its gaze for a moment or two, sapphire eyes turning to cold ice until the toddler ran off screaming to its mother. She liked children, but there were certain times, namely when children were staring at her or those in close proximity to her, that she got very irritated rather easily with the whole ordeal. Now was one of those times. It could be blamed on the lingering pain from her scratches. Each time Caryn applied magic to her arm or the scratches, she made it sting to remind Sarah not to do something so stupid again. Damn healers.
