Angela had been heading to the kitchen when the alarms had started blaring. There wasn't anything obvious that she could see which would have set them off. Pausing in the middle of the hallway, Angela frowned as she looked around slowly. No, there weren't any random attackers this time, no demonish things that were trying to kill them. That was at least some sort of reassurance, but it was still worrying that she couldn't see what had set the alarms off.
Taking another step towards the stairs, noting the presence of the older Claire heading into the lobby, Angela was jolted when she suddenly collided with her, reaching out and holding onto Claire's shoulders to make sure she didn't tumble forward down the stairs. Not that it would have made too much of a difference if she had, but it was all the principle of the thing, really.
"Are you all right?" Angela asked, her frantic tone mostly a side effect from the blaring alarms. "What's going on?"
