“Will your gatekeeper lead the way?” Integra asked as she paced towards wilt rose bush. She had no interest in garnering therefore this site was unappealing to her tastes. She had briefly scanned the surroundings when they arrived and wondered why he chose this place above the endless halls of his castle. “Without leering or provoking them to fight?” she pressed.
Integra did not like the Grim Reaper. He was absolutely insolent towards her and that wasn’t what bothered her the most. It was the idea of “death” any of them, tamed to serve a vampire. That was unnatural and utterly wrong.
It didn’t help their personalities clashed.
“I want this visit to go without incidents,” she remarked while fishing a cigar out her right pocket. “We are,” Integral gave a pause to stuff the cigar between her teeth and lit it. “Gracious hosts.”
