Who: Nymphadora Tonks and Bellatrix Black What: Trying to help put some light back into the city When: Evening Status/Rating: Incomplete/TBD
Tonks tapped her foot against the side walk as she waited for her 'aunt'. It took a great force of will for her to think of Bellatrix Lestrange as such. Obviously they were blood related, but Tonks didn't really like to think that she had anything in common with Bellatrix, even blood. As far as she was concerned, the only thing they shared was a family's penchant for incredibly odd names. Though she didn't have to wonder whether Bellatrix hated hers; she'd probably tout it as some amazing pureblooded symbol.
Looking up and down the dark street, the only thing Tonks could think was that she needed to hurry up. It was dark and everyone knew that vampires didn't exactly discriminate when it came to those they attacked. It wasn't that Tonks worried about taking care of herself, she simply didn't want to tempt fate. Better to get moving than just sitting around waiting to be attacked in this odd darkness. She was jumpy as it was; every moving shadow had a shiver running up her back and her laying a protective hand down on her stomach.
Her wand was clutched firmly in her hand as she sighed, glaring at nothing in particular. "Really, I just want to get this over with," she muttered. She felt as if she needed eyes in the back of her head, just in case the other witch decided to apparate in from behind and try to attack her. Even telling herself that this Bellatrix was only a teenager did nothing to soothe her nerves. She was still the same teenager who would grow up into the crazy woman who'd become a Death Eater and killed her favorite cousin. There was little one could do to make up for that.
