She winced slightly as the Whargs teeth snapped at her arm as she tried to duck out of the way, tearing at the skin and bringing a rush of blood to the surface. It felt like it wasn't too deep, which was good but it would bleed like a bitch till she could get a moment to deal with it.
Jo pulled back holding her knife close to her and taking a quick moment to assess her situation. Damn she wished she had her shotgun. She shifted the knife in her grip and darted in close to the Wharg again shifting her weight at the last minute to kick a booted foot out at the already injured shoulder.
