Arthur had long since given up any attempt to escape, now. He was weak, and he was fairly certain he had lost more blood than he could produce. Or maybe he was just being melodramatic due to the fact he was being sworn at 24/7 and it was all too much for him. The torture, he could handle but the mouth on this boy seriously threw him out of whack. Everything he had ever known was destroyed. Propriety, being raised correctly. Arthur felt like he was the only child in the entire world that had been raised correctly.
The message in his head made him flinch slightly, as he was still not used to the telepathic conversations he could have with his Miss Elisabeth, and he was far too afraid to respond. He would, if he knew that the Ryan boy didn't have magical abilities but because he did he wasn't sure if he could pick up on what his mind was thinking or not. He twisted his head slightly as Ryan practically swore out that he was going out somewhere and that he'd be back soon, and if Arthur so much as moved a muscle he'd be dead. The same old thing he had heard before.
He hoped that Elisabeth saw him leaving, because he didn't have it in him to send her a message after the boy left.
