Mary Jane smiled slightly in return, more than glad to have Cathy in her company just then. It was much better than being alone like she would've been otherwise, and this wasn't something she wanted to go through by herself. On top of that, she had no idea where Peter was, but she figured it was a safe bet that he was out defending people from more demonic-related creatures and doing Hyperion-related duties. She was trying not to think about that, though. It made her feel funny inside when she thought about the way he'd been running himself ragged there and the way she barely saw him anymore. When he was Spiderman on his own, that had been hard enough, but now it seemed worse.
"Neither do I, so we don't have to feel guilty about it for doing it this time," she replied with a light chuckle.
