Being busy was one thing, but being bored and busy was another. Hunter wasn't sure how he had managed it, but for some reason keeping himself busy these days wasn't amusing him as much as it used to. Amuse, possibly being a bad way to describe what he felt when he was at work but at least when he worked back in his world, his job was serious and determined the outcome of many witch's lives. Here, he ran a magic shop and occasionally kept his eye out on the misuse of magic. There really wasn't much keeping him around.
When someone walked into the shop, he immediately felt their presence and glanced up from the book of runes he was currently thumbing through. No one had been in all day, which was a little odd but it didn't bother him. More leisure time and a chance to catch up on a few spell books and inventory. His hand hovered over the book as he watched the woman who had entered explore the aisles. Straightening his hunched over posture, he ran a hand through his currently unruly blonde locks before stalking the person down the aisles.
He was bored, and felt a little mischievous. Hovering behind the woman slightly, he was a bit surprised when she suddenly put down the book she was going through and turned around, coming face to face with Hunter. He took a step back and tilted his head to look at her. "It's fine. May I help you with something," he asked, a slight glint of amusement in his eyes and a little smirk forming on his face. Anyone would think that he didn't own the place, as he was least like his business-like self with customers.
