Muscles moving and loosening lazily under his hands, Heidi let out a long, content sigh. Her brain was slipping backwards towards sleep, and though their problems weren't the farthest thing from her mind they had taken a temporary seat in the rear.
She could feel him smiling, and brought a sleep-clumsy hand up to touch it; her fingers bumping against his chin and nose before they found what they were looking for.
"You two should," She stopped speaking for a yawn, her tumb pausing in it's back along his bottom lip. "Should spend some more time together this week, maybe take Monica with you--she's about Claire's age. Maybe they have more in common than just abilities." Her hand moved from his mouth to his jaw, brushing her knucles down it, some of the fingers still touching a stubbly spot when they ran out of steam and settled on the pillow. "The only family she has here is her cousin--that blonde woman who dislikes Peter. Niki or Nicole was her name, I think."
