Him, in charge? Oh no. No, no. The last time he was in charge of something, it was only because his Uncle told the men that weren't even technically allowed to take orders from a banished prince, and their mission had been to capture the Avatar. Now that he reflected back on it, he was ashamed of how harsh and cruel he'd been to those men, even moreso in reference to hunting another human being. But, that wasn't who he was anymore. Though, he certainly wasn't in charge of Angel Investigations.
"No, I just work here," he said humbly, holding up a hand for a moment. "Angel and Cordelia Chase are in charge, but they aren't around at the moment. I more than qualified to answer whatever questions you have."
No one could ever say that Zuko hadn't paid attention to the diplomacy lessons he'd been put through during his time at the Fire Academy, he just didn't normally get the chance to use them. His nation had been conquering the other three long before his birth and diplomacy was a lost art among most of his people. The only reason he'd recieved what little instruction in it that he did was because it was part of the traditional learning plan future Fire Lords had to absorb. Not that Zuko'd ever be Fire Lord.
