"Since June!" Tonks said, practically dragging him into the flat as she spoke. "Two months now, about. What month as it when you left? What year?" She turned around relocking the door behind them once she had him securely inside. She didn't want anything cutting this reunion short and she saw no reason why he would have to leave now that he was here. They were married, after all.
She smiled up at him, unable not to appear like she had indeed missed him. "I made tea, if you'd like it." Her hand snaked up to unnecessarily brush hair away from his face, just further assuring herself that he was truly there.
"And, well..." Tonks glanced down at her stomach and then back up at him expectantly. Her face was bright. "Surprise, then."
