“I don’t need reminding, that wasn’t funny. I could have seriously hurt that man for following me, I didn’t know he was with homeland security.” Brennan pointed out but that was all behind them now.
“Theoretically the last place he needs to be is away from either one of his parents but if there’s going to be that fight you talked about, your right, it’s safer back home.” She paused and brightened up at the thought of learning something, she was always open for adding to the knowledge she already had. “That would involve me having a computer of some sort, I don’t even have a place to stay yet or checked my bank account.” That was something she needed to sort out soon and it also reminded her that she had none of her equipment on her, it was all back at the lab which dampened her mood considerably.
Although that didn’t last long at the prospect of being allowed to drive, she ignored the latter part of the sentence. “Which will be when I’m driving, since I guess I’m on vacation too.”
