There was no getting around that. If Booth was talking to himself, he'd find himself delusional too. Then again, if he was talking to himself, he'd be beyond worrying about his sanity. "It certainly doesn't, especially when you wake up after with a hangover in some crappy motel where the toilet falls apart," he replied.
"Yeah, I used a book to translate," he admitted, "but I worked out a lot of it." Her surprise was a source of pride for him. Anytime he could surprise Bones was a cause for celebration. "It is now." Booth grinned. "Squintized has a ring to it." He had to get his teasing in. There were a few months to make up for.
"They think this is normal," he replied as he started walking. "Searching for us is all well and good, but if they're searching in 2008 and we're in 2005? I can't see them finding us too easily."
