“I’m happy to see you too even if you sound a bit delusional.” She stated honestly, never one to hold back was Brennan, if she had a thought she’d more than likely say it. “It’s common for people to consume more alcohol than needed with intentions on it helping but no, it doesn’t help with situations like this.”
“Hold on, you did research and read Latin?” Brennan looked surprised and if you looked hard enough there was a touch of pride there too, it was perfectly normal to pick up traits from people you spent most time with, she had learned a lot from Booth so naturally she would expect him to learn something from them in return. “But not close enough, squintized isn’t even a word.” She pointed out.
“Now that we’re both gone maybe they’ll notice and start a search, Angela knows I wouldn’t leave without telling someone first.” It hadn’t even occurred to Brennan there could be rumours. “Do these friends think all of this is illogical too?”
“Half? I’m not near having a breakdown and calling what you’ve said information is arguable. Facts are information, theories and myths are fiction until proven otherwise.” Brennan caught herself before going further, right, she wasn’t supposed to take that literally. “What I meant to say was thanks.”
