"It already is personal Max.." He frowned slightly as he stood for a few moments in silence by her side. After that it was obvious discussion time was closed and he was not going to respond to anything more about the Joker or Jokerz yet. Terry had all the time in the world to go see his father, but he didn't. He hadn't been able to face him. For the longest time he remembered when he showed up in this world and the thought first came to mind. He'd sat in the plane for hours just debating weather or not he should go near his father. He probably had another life all together right now, wouldn't even think of having kids while he was still building his life up in Gotham.
Max's voice interrupted his downward spiral of thought and he even smiled a little. "I'm starving." Now that he thought about it he'd forgotten to eat since he arrived. He'd been a bit too busy saving a world that wasn't even his-always a hero no matter the time or world. "What? How did you get that?" When she brought up Lex's name, it was one of the few he did know from History cubes. He gave her a skeptical glance as they started towards the pizza place arm in arm.
"You know, I think I actually miss Wayne too." He muttered and rolled his eyes. "I'll deny it if you say anything when or if we get home-but..he always sorta brought some sanity. He was always just there...Now I'm on my own in some galactic fight and hes not even here to see it. He might not even exist." Bruce had sort of become like a father figure for Terry, though he'd never admit that out loud no matter how many creds you paid him.
