At least Max hadn't set a strict time for him to be there-she knew better than that. It would without a doubt have been broken, and then he'd be left with an upset best friend and he'd done that enough to everybody else. So he didn't feel as obligated to rush and hurry, she'd just said afternoon and that alone took the weight of the world off his shoulders at least for a little while.
Terry straightened his brown and silver jacket collar a bit as he saw her coming, though it was in vain-seconds later she had her arms around him and it was messy and flattened again. It just made him laugh as he hugged her tightly. " Miss me?" Giving a cheeky grin.
"Sorry I'm late." He said for old times sake with an amused mirth dancing in his eyes. "I tried to pick up something for us to eat, but they rejected my creds. I know theres some left. I don't get it."
