Looking down at their hands she smiled and nodded. "Not much, but, do not let the word vampire fool you. I breath and my heart beats." She smiled even bigger. "And while I may not have a tan I can enjoy a day at the beach. You could enjoy one with me."
Selene wished she could just shut up. Stop talking, she yelled at herself. Never had she been more thankful for the arrival of a Lycan. The scent of wolf on the air was her saving grace. "Thank god." She muttered as she pulled one of the gun from the holster on her leg.
"Werewolf." Logan looked poised to strike but before he could she got closer. Leaning in she signaled him to be quiet for just a moment while she listened. She stood close enough to him that the smell of the tobacco on his lips made her stomach burn.
In the dark she listened to the monsters in the alley. "There are four of them." She whispered. "Only three have changed completely." Bones and body parts were still moving and shifting filling the air with the disgusting noise. There was a vicious grin on her face. "Taking their heads off always seems to work."
Nodding towards the noise she waited for him. Selene didn't want to do this alone. She liked having someone at her side. "After you?" She winked.
