"Some people would be lost without their dogs, you know," Mary Jane pointed out, and she was actually quite serious. No pun intended about people losing dogs and then being lost themselves, but that wasn't really worded properly to begin with. "But no, I guess it wouldn't be top priority right now... Too bad. I'd prefer it, definitely."
Chuckling, Mary Jane waited at the edge of the sidewalk for the cars to pass, as well, watching them zoom by with a force that caused her hair to flutter a bit. "It's nice, though," she added thoughtfully as the crossing light came on and she began walking. "Everyone working together to sort of save the world."
