Selene gave him a very smug smirk. "For your sake, we should not be pitted against each other, I should have clarified. I was thinking of you, not me." She was doing what she could to ease some of the tension from the room. Then again she was awfully confident in her abilities. Sometimes too much though she would never admit when she was in over her head.
Grabbing the shirt he disguarded she made quick work of the collar, removing it to make the opening bigger and she took the tight sleeves off. As she worked she muttered under her breath. "For my sake you must cover up." She could not possibly concentrate with that walking beside her. He was being just ridiculous to think she could. As skilled and trained as she may be, Selene was still a woman with eyes that worked.
After fixing the shirt she tossed it back at him. "I insist." A slight blush crept into her cheeks when he mentioned her painted on uniform. She smiled a shy smile. "Just one moment."
Just as before she disappeared for just a moment. When she reappeared hardly a mintue passing there was a sword at her back and two guns strapped to her latex wrapped thighs. This time she made no attempt to cover up with the long leather coat.
"Now we go, I could not possibly go out to play without toys." Selene turned on her heel and headed out the door and down the stairs.
