At least he did not think he had. Interesting. Selene was so very curious about him. There were many questions tumbling about in her mind. "Why would I not believe that? I live in a church." Her brows raised in a quizzical manner. What was so odd about living at a school? She was a vampire living in a church of all places. Her finger would never be pointed in anyone elses direction to cast judgement.
There was something dangerous about him. She could not imagine that he would be content teaching reading, writting or arithmatic. Finishing the last swallow of her beer Selene sat the bottle down. She fished a few bills from inside her coat out and slid them across the counter to the bar tender to pay for their drinks. Pushing off the bar she smiled at her drinking partner. "It was a pleasure, Logan." There was more she wanted to say but was honestly nervous. "Do not be a stranger. You have my number...I am just down the street at St. Vibiana's....I would like very much to see you again." There was a bashful smile on her lips as she began to walk past him. Her cheeks were flushed with heat. It was just the beer, she told herself. Looking back over her shoulder at him the grin on her face grew. "Until next time."
