Charlie had to admit, she really hadn't been certain what to expect when she finally laid eyes upon Exar Kun, but she hadn't expected him to look so... handsome? That wasn't quite the word, really. More like alluring. Tempting.
Yes, tempting worked. He seemed to be temptation itself, in human flesh. At least for her and, she imagined, a great many others.
Of course, that made sense, didn't it? The Dark Side of pretty much anything was like a siren call to someone with Charlie's abilities. As a small girl, she'd done everything in her power to avoid that slippery slope that her power placed her on in regards to others. As she'd gotten older, however, she'd found herself precariously close to the fine line between darkness and light, right and wrong, until now she'd at long last decided that the line was irrelevant. It was her own reasons for doing things that determined if her choices were for good or not. Meeting someone like Exar Kun, who had no qualms with doing whatever he pleased and gave no real regard to the outcome his actions might have on others, was a heady experience for her. She'd longed to have that sort of freedom her entire life.
Still, as alluring as he might be, Charlie was hardly the type to lose her cool, slightly detached demeanor. So at his greeting her own lips merely curved upward in a hint of a smirk, hazel orbs sweeping over the creature at his feet in a passing sort of glance before focusing solely on the Sith Lord before her.
"It's Charlie," she stated by way of greeting. Miss McGee always made her... twitch. It was far too formal for her tastes, not to mention too reminiscent of the way she'd been addressed when in the limelight as a child. As though calling a seven-year-old 'Miss' was going to earn you their trust automatically.
"It's a pleasure to finally meet you," she added on after a second, hands sliding out of the pockets of her leather jacket and hanging loosely at her sides. That smirk of hers grew a bit. "I've heard a lot about you."
And had no clue what to call him, either, but wasn't too worried about it. Once the initial formalities were over, she could always just ask. She'd never had a problem posing a question to anyone, before. As powerful as he was (and he was powerful - she could practically taste it, in fact), she wasn't going to act any different toward him than she would normally.
