In contrast to the mystery woman's posture, Lindsey was leaning forward towards the bar, shoulders relaxed. He'd opted for more casual clothing for the night, worn jeans and a dark button up shirt. Sitting next to her made them a possible study in contrast to the keen or artistic eye, and even with a few drinks in him, Lindsey was the former.
Placing five fingers on the rim of the glass, he pushed it across the counter to rest in front of Selene. Even though she asked for a swallow, he defined what was left of the contents as just that. And there was that pesky little habit of distrust he had. Not that he thought Selene was out to get him, though she did seem a little out of place in the bar, it was better to be safe then sorry.
"You can finish it," he replied as he drew his hand back. "Never had it before?"
