Over the centuries Drake learned how to block out the incessant pulse of blood flowing through the veins of others. Right now he was satiated and unlike the pathetic underlings that roamed today he didn't just hunt to strike fear or because he could. No, he had a bit of respect for life and only fed when he felt the thirst building.
When the young lady walked out, dressed nearly entirely in leather he looked at her. Interested as he had become his face showed no sign of it. "Pleasure to meet your acquaintance Charlie."
With a nod he moved towards her, everything about him was graceful, his presence a dominating one. Drake took in everything around him, observing every single person there. He doubted they'd ever encountered a vampire like him before.
"How is it, a mere mortal has become so powerful? It's a bit, fascinating in a way. Not to mention the evil radiating from this place like a beacon." Drake moved briskly, yet silently to walk alongside her. He walked behind no one.
