Buffy only allowed a slight sideways glance in Faith's direction when the other Slayer entered the room from below. She was glad to see her, even if she was a bit too preoccupied to show it properly. Faith would know, though. She could probably keep Sam distracted long enough for Willow to be free, but she really wasn't sure if he would allow it. But with the two of them, he really had no choice.
"By all means," Buffy said to the other girl after throwing another punch square into Sam's jaw, "have some fun."
It was at that point that Sam began fighting back, and Buffy felt every blow to the extreme. Vampires were strong, yes, but this demon was much stronger. The way the floor and walls rumbled made it difficult to keep her footing, but it wasn't until Sam actually hit her that she knew this was a job for more than one person, even more than one Slayer.
She reeled back when he punched her in the face, letting out a grunt that signaled the pain he'd caused, but she was quick to return the blow when he stopped to send the mirror flying towards Faith. When he began swinging again, Buffy lunged out of the way and grabbed onto his wrist, the one that had been reaching for the knife. "Don't think so, buddy," she growled, taking her own knife and placing a nice slice along the top of his forearm. It wasn't deep enough to cause any kind of immense bleeding, but enough to cause him to stop his movement for a bit.
