Jack frowned, muttering curses at the stupid thing and going to throw it into the damn ocean when he's eyes surely...had to be deceiving him. Because though he saw waves, something quite normal for being near the sea...ocean...whatever, he saw someone on the wave. As in riding it and not flailing about in a fit of drowning.
