Willow had been busy in the basement, reinforcing the magical barrier she'd place along the (now fully restored) entrance that led into the sewers when she'd felt the wards she'd placed on the outside of the Hyperion shudder. Her brow furrowed as she glanced in the direction of the stairs leading to the lobby, going still for a moment as she focused on the disturbance. The wards were only set up to detect someone teleporting (or some variation of such travel) into the hotel itself without invitation and, when the wards didn't settle own a few seconds later she realized that it wasn't one of those who lived there simply trying out some sort of new power or anything even remotely logical along those lines.
Which meant they had an intruder.
Instantly she disappeared from her spot and reappeared in the lobby, near the counter separating the office area from the rest. Her eyes swept around the room although it was unnecessary. She could see who the newcomer was. She was just making sure no one else was present as well.
Once certain that he was, in fact, alone, she cleared her throat a bit before stating, "So, unless you have an appointment, you kinda need to explain what you're doing here. Otherwise I'm gonna have to string you up and start making with the possible flaying while alive."
For someone delivering a threat like hers, her tone was awfully perky she realized. She was going to have to work on that.
