"You'd get along with my partner." She smiled softly at the thought of King she only hoped she ever got to see him again. Abigail listened to her story, the thing about prison time didn't even make her flinch.
"Got a long list on my record myself, though you can't go killing familiars who work for the vampires without pissing a few people off. Especially when they're higher ups and bigwigs." She made a turn. "How it works for me is they took things from me and I'm not gonna rest until I'm dead or they are."
Her face remained emotionless, she had to be when she was on the job. Emotion was a weakness she couldn't afford.
"Was on the track to be an Olympic archer, weeks away from leaving for the big event. My mother was killed, rather brutally, I came home and found her. Went in search of my father who I learned was a hunter. I was nineteen then. twenty-five now. I've lost track of how many I've kill."
