One thing Lindsey had learned early on at the firm was that one easy way to spot the difference between those who had true power and those who claimed to have it was the way in which they carried themselves. Quickly studying the woman in front of him, he judged her to be someone of power, and that intrigued him.
"Welcome to Wolfram and Hart, Alema," he said as he held out his hand. It was one of the few customs that it seemed most species held to as a deal maker and greeting. "You've come to the right place." That Lindsey spoke of with a hint of pride in his voice.
A Jedi? Now she really had his attention. "Only the basics," Lindsey admitted thoughtfully. "The Jedi are new to us and the few that are here on Earth haven't seemed overly enthused to contact us." Vader had, before he had overcome his darkside, but their information was woefully inadequate.
He waved a hand at the weapon she indicated. "A lightsaber, correct?" The weapon intrigued him, enough so that Lindsey wanted to come into posession of one. It truly was an amazing weapon. "Jedi use the Force, a source of power unknown in origins. It gives them abilities beyond what the normal mortal might be able to do."
