Darla laughed lowly. "Relax, Lindsey," she assured him as she took a seat in one of the chairs. Resting her head against the back of it, she eyed him across the expanse of the table. "I'll make certain Angelus has plenty of other things to occupy his time with besides coming after you."
Idly glancing down at her fingernails, she studied them for a moment before peering coyly up at the lawyer. "Alright," she finally agreed. "Although keep in mind, if you break your word on this, the least of your concerns will be my errant childe coming after you." There was a hint of warning there, although only a hint. She knew Lindsey wasn't stupid. He wouldn't double-cross her. Not in such an obvious way, at least.
Trailing her fingers along the edge of the table, she thought briefly back to the time she'd spent holding the new Champion, one Peter Evans, captive. Oh, but what a joyous time that had been too. Well, right up until his rescue. That still left a bad taste in her mouth.
Re-focusing on Lindsey, she finally got down to business.
"Hmm. Where to begin. First and foremost, his blood. It has some sort of regenerative abilities," she said, evenly. "I had a mere taste and felt my heart beat. I think it goes without saying that I didn't dare venture further. You know better than anyone how much I despise being human." A roll of her eyes, a slight huff, and she settled down to continue with that same predatory smirk of hers returning.
"He also has some amazing healing abilities, and I'm not certain how much is solely due to his blood. As best I could tell, the only way to truly kill him and keep him dead was to stab him in the skull and make certain the item firmly remained there." Her hand flexed a bit at this, the finger he'd bitten off during his struggle that had led to her taking such drastic measures having been re-attached. The phantom pain still lingered from time to time, though.
"He also possesses telekinesis and, I'm quite certain, some form of telepathy. He can freeze time - at least I suppose that's what he does, I never bothered to ask - and can manipulate water to his will." Continuing down her laundry list of abilities, Darla finally smiled demurely as she finished.
"However, there are certain types of sedatives that keep his abilities suppressed. If you get him and use such things on him, he's quite easy to contain until you can find a way to kill him."
