It was heartbreaking, How could she tell Jaina that yes Caedus had good in him, that at the moment of his death he had called to her to protect Allana. Called to her at his own expense, she had learned later.
"I won't speak of it again" she replied calmly. "Jaina, I expect you know I loved your brother. I...I think you knew that from Myrkr. I know, I know so completely that Jacen...he could never hurt Allana."
She talked of her worry for him, The Jacen here seemed to be teetering on the blade edge, not yet Sith but falling. He'd been different when he'd returned from his time away. But he had still been the man she loved. And she believed he'd loved her. And knew he'd loved Allana.
It was hurting too much to think about so she set it aside for now, Jaina giving her the oppertunity with a joke.
"Perhaps we can even persuade him to tell a joke. Although...perhaps thats a step too far" she added shooting her friend a smile, still pained but one that would let Jaina know that she was trying.
"He is still Jacen. That gives hope does it not. I'd query why I can't sense him in the Force but then Jacen had much he kept hidden, even then, even from me"
