He almost replied that she hadn't met Zach yet...and paused. Despite their strange, and sometimes avoidant on Booth's part, working relationship, it hadn't been just the Jeffersonian crew that had taken it hard when they found out about his betrayal. Proof that, in Booth's point of view, logic was not alway sensible. Instead, he managed a smile and nodded. "Exactly."
Booth rolled his eyes. "What a charmer he must have been. There are plenty of other qualities to compliment a woman on then her rack. Maybe I'm just old fashioned." He glanced over his shoulder at the surrounding crowd. "I know there's some song I could quote about only wanting to dance with one person. It just isn't coming to me. But I'm only dancing with the person I came with."
He crossed his arms stubbornly over his chest. "I can," he replied, "and I'm not even going to test that. That is a scary time of the month." He mock shivered.
