"Don't be. It's a big office," Lindsey replied with a small laugh. "I'm not exactly the sociable type. My secretary probably wouldn't even know what I looked like if she didn't bring coffee from time to time." He prefered the seclusion and the peace that came with it. It was a lot easier to think at least.
"Good. That's what we like to hear." Going with his gut feeling, Lindsey motioned down the hallway behind him, towards the records room and began walking. "The firm wants to make sure its employees are healthy and happy." And not dumping truth serums into the city water supply.
